i love the bridges out here, although there must be 8 million photographs of them from every possible angle out there. i'd kill to be able to go out on the bay bridge at night with it empty and stand in the middle of it to shoot.

True, but guess you got to make your unique in some way.
I would love to shoot the Bridges from a barge floating in the bay.
And your idea is even better, alone on the bridge standing there would be wild. That would be hard to arrange. But a cool idea.
